Together with FOX Subsea, we developed MODFOX – a flexible control system designed to simplify subsea operations. With its modular design, compact footprint and advanced software integration, MODFOX reduces risk, cuts cost and streamlines installation.
Redefining control flexibility.
The demand for subsea operations to become safer, faster and more sustainable is well known. But traditional control systems often lock operators into rigid set-ups: umbilical or ROV-based, wired or wireless. Reconfiguring mid-operation means downtime, extra cost and added risk.
Together with FOX Subsea we developed the MODFOX modular subsea control system – a next-generation system for subsea intervention and installation. The MODFOX system gives operators the flexibility to adapt the system to varying intervention workflows, reducing turnaround times and supporting future remote operations.
From concept to proven solution.
By working closely with FOX Subsea from the early stages of design and using our expertise in system engineering and integration and testing, we developed multiple configurations of MODFOX.
Today MODFOX has already made its mark and continues to do so. FOX Subsea recently secured a major contract to deliver MODFOX for the Yggdrasil and Skarv fields, covering deployment of 47 standard vertical trees.
