Growing demand for engineering and project-specific solutions

There is a growing number of our projects that start with a challenge to solve rather than a finished technical specification. Customers come to us with a challenge, an idea or equipment that needs to do something differently. Our first step is to understand how the equipment will be used, what the operation requires and which technical approach makes the most sense.

This is where engineering becomes an important part of the delivery. By combining experience from previous projects with existing and proven technology, new ideas and project-specific adaptations, we can develop solutions without necessarily starting from scratch. This can reduce development time and technical risk while still meeting the specific requirements of the operation.

At the same time, expectations for subsea technology continue to develop. Customers are looking for greater accuracy, more advanced and reliable components and an increasing level of automation. Envirex has worked with the combination of electronics, hydraulics and software since its early years, developing complete systems for demanding subsea operations.

As part of this development, the engineering team has recently been strengthened with Bjarte Bore as Mechanical Design Engineer and Sondre Undheim Carlsen as Mechanical Engineer. This gives Envirex more capacity to support a growing number of projects and continue developing new and project-specific subsea solutions.
