“We’re going to grow, stay visible, and remain close to our customers – providing genuine, personal follow-up,” says Håvard Smørdal, Managing Director at Envirex.
To support this growth, the company saw the need for someone dedicated to nurturing the many strong relationships Envirex has built over time.
Meet the relationship builder
Thomas recently joined Envirex as Key Account Manager – a strategic role focused on strengthening collaboration and customer care. Håvard explains:
“It’s important for us to protect what Envirex has created – and what we’re continuing to build. Our Key Account Manager needs to be someone who enjoys meeting people and who embodies our culture, vision, and goals. Thomas fits that perfectly. He’s here to be our bridge builder,” he says.
Thomas is fully aware of what it means to be that bridge between people, projects and possibilities.
“I want to be someone both colleagues and customers can rely on – a person they can connect with and trust,” he says.
“Trial and error – That’s how you learn”
As the first to hold this position, Thomas will have the chance to shape it – to make it his own and set the standard for those who follow. How does he plan to do that?
“For me, curiosity is key. You have to try things, sometimes fail, and reflect on what worked and what didn’t. That’s how you learn and improve,” Thomas explains.
So what comes next?
“Getting out there – meeting customers face to face, working closely with colleagues across the company, and building those connections every day. I’m really looking forward to it,” he concludes.
