Hydraulic Valve Actuator
The compact hydraulic actuator is designed for use in subsea systems to operate standard ball valves. The actuator is based on known hydraulic principals and use of a lever arm to open and close the installed ball valve.
Robust construction where the use of high-end materials ensures a very good corrosion resistance.
This Actuator is easy to use and will operate a dedicated ball valve using hydraulic piston technology.
The actuator is modular and can be adapted to fit several types of ball valves from low pressure to ultra-high pressure. This enables possibility to use leak-free off the shelf high pressure ball valves instead of high cost DCVs.
The actuator can be delivered with dual pilot operation or as fail safe with one pilot and spring return.
