Subsea Hydraulic Power Unit (SHPU)

The Subsea Hydraulic Power Unit is an electric controlled pump capable for 1035 Bar for the HP and 345 Bar for the LP.
The SHPU allows for easy pressure and flow adjustments using computer-based software. When the pump is integrated in a subsea system, simple changes in software gives instant feedback from and to the pump. Integrated temperature and pressure transmitters together with haul effect sensors installed in the electrical motor give a smooth and low noise operation.

The pump is a balanced piston pump which is configurated to client pressure and flow specifications in relation to operational fluids, temperatures and power consumption.
