Standard Reservoirs & Compensators

The Envirex Compensator Series represents a number of hydraulic compensators that features a reliable and solid design, made to handle harsh subsea environments on great depths. The compensators are designed for systems which requires relatively over-pressure on depths down to 5000 meter and are typically used as fluid reservoirs for subsea systems. Within our portfolio are 50L and 100L compensator which are unique on todays marked. In addition Envirex supply bladder reservoir which are beneficial for larger volumes and aggressive fluids.

30ml Subsea Compensator

Diaphragm compensator made of POM material. Oil level can be visually read through the slot in the spring housing.

50L Subsea Compensator

Our 50L subsea reservoir have a compact design with possibility for accurate fluid level read off. The design consist of multiple springs which can be configured for different preload pressures. Can be delivered with or without level sensor. Diameter Ø443, Length 675mm. Stainless steel version available on request.

100L Subsea Compensator

ROV BackPack Reservoir 2x200L

ROV Backpack reservoir are designed and built to expand the fluid capacity on the ROV. It consists of two separate 200 L reservoirs. Maximum 400 L fluid.

Providing simple and flexible liquid transport and storage, the 1100 reservoir is consisting ROV Backpack reservoir are designed and built to expand the fluid capacity on the ROV. It consists of two separate 200 L reservoirs. Maximum 400 L fluid. 

Reservoir can be connected to for example a Subsea HPU, Dirty Work Pack and other auxilliary equipment. Example in operation is to use one reservoir as clean/supply and one dirty/return reservoir to avoid mixing of clean and dirty fluids.
